At Paw Poci, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping information so you know what to expect before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
Paw Poci offers free standard shipping worldwide to all countries and regions currently available for checkout on PawPoci.com.
There is no minimum order amount required to qualify for free standard shipping.
2. Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping: FREE
There is no standard shipping charge added to your Paw Poci order for supported delivery destinations.
Any optional expedited service, if introduced in the future, will display its cost before checkout is completed.
3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days
Processing time begins after successful payment authorization.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information when tracking is available.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times after dispatch are:
United States: approximately 2–5 business days
Other supported international destinations: approximately 7–20 business days
Including normal processing time, the estimated total time from order placement is approximately:
United States: 3–8 business days
International: 8–23 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
Delivery may take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, remote delivery locations, transportation disruptions, or other unexpected events.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been dispatched.
You can also use the Track Your Order page on PawPoci.com.
If your tracking number is not updating immediately after dispatch, please allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the shipment.
6. Multiple Packages
In some cases, products in the same order may be shipped separately.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days.
You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Free shipping refers to the shipping charge charged by Paw Poci.
International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees imposed by their destination country.
Unless these charges are specifically shown as included during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Paw Poci does not control government-imposed customs charges.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
9. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact Paw Poci.
We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier or fulfillment provider to investigate.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit or confirmed as not delivered, we will provide an appropriate resolution under our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Package Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception, or building management where appropriate.
- Check for a carrier delivery notice.
- Contact the carrier where possible.
- Contact Paw Poci if the package remains missing.
We will assist with the carrier investigation.
11. Damaged Packages
If your product arrives damaged, please keep the product and packaging and contact us with clear photographs or video.
